I’m kind of wondering citing the Nuremberg Code might be a feasible argument when I tell my job why I’m not getting it... it IS real, after all (thanks, Nazis).
edit: just found out OSHA hasn’t even approved this yet... the mandate isn’t even REAL?!
Edit noted.
And iirc-- OSHA didn't even approve of masks being worn for extended periods of time in certain sectors.
Back to the Nuremberg Code-- I think the majority could be picked apart, due to the so-called emergency situation. Seems like most of the politicians are lawyers and / or have teams of them at their disposal.
Number ten, though, has some merit, imo. Granted, most of the internet has been purged of useful information-- but the statistics post-stab, if proper investigation was
permitted, are still available, along with records of the deadly protocol... and the amount of deaths are staggering. Normal medications--> withheld? I can't believe lawsuits aren't pouring in over this crap in the US.
Iow, if it got the scrutiny it deserves, I would give a resounding Yes.
Nuremberg Code
Point No. 10
10. During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgement required by him that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.
