Umm The bible compares adam to CHRIST twice in fact. So thinking your wrong on the just any normal man idea.

Adam is a type of Christ. He is the first Adam. Through Adam, sin came into the world. Through Adam, a Redeemer was needed to bring salvation from sin, not just for this Adam, but for all future generations.

Moses has been compared to Christ but he too is just a man.
Adam is no Christ. Jesus Christ has both a human and divine nature, Adam and Moses were just men.

I understand that the catholic faith is in error. The Word of God is above all and the Most High God through his disciples clearly speak against many Catholic practices. Such as praying before statues, and calling a man on earth your spiritual father. Most seriously of all is the Pope calls himself Christ on Earth, which is clearly anti christ. Who is a type of Jesus?

Adam (Romans 5:12-21, 1 Corinthians 15:22-45) Adam was the first man and a type of Jesus, who is called the last Adam (1 Corinthians 15:45). However, the last Adam is greater than the first Adam. I believe this is a case of the parable Wheat vs Tares. Ive seen videos of Catholics bowing their heads in front of statues. That is idolatry. Chanting Hail Mary full of grace is idolatry/worship. The bible says call no man your spiritual father which is plain so I dont need to hear a video justifying it. And Pope Francis is trying to unify all religions and not through Jesus Christ who is the Only Mediator between the Holy Father and man. Unless you can use scripture to justify the many errors of the Catholic doctrine, I urge you to seek God for yourself like everyone should do.

When reviewing alot of early church fathers at least the very early orthodox catholic church was pretty biblical. I think we have somewhat thrown the baby out with the bathwater when it comes to catholicism many priests monks etc are holy men truly hearing from God.
