American Red Cross says vaccinated donors can give blood, not convalescent plasma

The medical practice where I used to work decided to mandate the vax a few weeks ago. They weren't budging at all.
So on the deadline they had to fire over 1/3 of their nurses - myself included. We weren't budging either despite what they thought.
Right after we got the email, in the middle of the work day, 11 nurses walked out, put their shoes at the door, & drove home barefoot and unvaxxed. The patients were confused ofc and it looked like they were immediately understaffed when we left.
That medical practice had to scale back their hours and it's not looking good for them.
Moral of the story: It's time to draw the line.
I'm a new mom and I plan on having more kids. We have a lot less money now, but I get to be there for my son fulltime now without potentially killing my reproductive system. We can cripple the companies that decide to do this, but only if we're willing to sacrifice. God bless!

BTW, I went to the state's biggest hospital, supposedly overwhelmed from patients, and yet the garage and halls are totally empty. Covid doesn't require ambulances or anyone to drive you, you can drive yourself in, yet there was nobody there.
Their beds aren't full. They're just so understaffed they can't handle the lowest patient count they've ever had.

She and others are now wanting to strike due to working conditions but she really just "doesn't get why everyone couldn't take the vaccine".

Agree with what wolftever58 said about the injured. They are basically without a voice in the mainstream. They are now on our side.
The majority, however, are walking around with no medical consequences and could care less about the infringement on the lives of others, including their own children. And let’s face it. They never cared whether it was right, wrong, or stupid. All they really thought about when they lined up to get shot was themselves, their fear, wanting to belong, or do what they wanted (travel, etc.)
The reality is after the fact, many are attaching self-righteousness to taking the shot, which aligns them with our enemies, the governments that wish to enslave us in the social credit system.
If that woman had no consequences would she be one of those claiming they did it for the greater good? Hard to say.
