You might consider looking for another job, or at least in another place. I don't know if you believe in God but God knows you were forced to do the things you've done and only he can judge you, not them. It's just a job after all don't let it make you think about suicide, take some holidays or a year off and you'll be ready again, you're just in a bad moment it's gonna get better don't worry :)

I wish you the best ;)

I've been universally hated for at least the past 10 years on the job.

It only bothers me if I feel like getting worked up. The reality is, I work with the biggest losers in the world. So why the hell would I let people like that have any effect on my mind? The answer is, you don't. You let the losers do their loser things; after all, you are on the job to make money, not make friends.

You have to understand that the reason you are being picked on is that pathetically unhappy people surround you. We know this because only unhappy people pick on each other. And their unhappiness literally has nothing to do with you. They probably hate their job, hate their home life, or resent their whole life.

That's a genius approach. I will try to develop your level of self control. its really essential now because things are getting out of hand. I've thought about going on antidepressants and stuff but the side effects scare me.
On a side note, how do you stay strong? do you ever slip up and start thinking like i do , that something's wrong with me
Is there something you do everyday or every morning that has helped?

Thanks, I wish I could take most of the credit, but God gave me a superhuman repression level. Like I literally refer to my unconscious as the "crusher".

To date, I haven't been able to teach the whole repression trick. To try to put it simply, I constantly draw from my unconscious-self. My whole, real self, not any other archetype. Your whole true self inclines naturally to focus on your best traits. It does this because most of your negative thoughts come from archetypes not aligned with the "self".

I also tend to channel negativity into anger, which has its own problems. Anyway, whenever I have negative or destructive type thoughts, I pivot and start to think "this isn't me".

Umm so would you say you tend to ignore your coworkers for the most part and repress your annoyance/anger constantly
or
do you "play nice" and act like nothings wrong. because the problem with this approach is people start taking advantage of you..

Im also starting to think I should STOP talking at work. Like almost 100%. literally just walk in, do my job and walk out. almost like, dissociating voluntarily. what do you think?

We all have trials in this life. No one is 100% happy. Even multi billionaires like Jeff Bezos and BIll Gates have issues. Life is designed this way to see how you and I deal with it.

Suicide should never be an option. I don't know about your personal relationship with the Almighty but it is with His remembrance where the heart finds rest. There are things we can all do to improve our relationship. Simple fact is turning to the Creator can and will solve any situation.

Stop trying to please people because you will never be able to do this. Throughout your life you're gonna run into people who don't like you regardless of what you do. If you put your faith in people they will let you down like they did with the application. Work on pleasing the One whose in control of mankind.

Work on your relationship with God, ask Him to make your situation easier. Indeed He has control over all things.

Suicide is never an option. If you're not on addictive drugs now then stay away from them. They do not make the problem go away, they only add to your load.

May the Creator ease your path.

When I know someone is literally trying to stab me in the back I don't play nice. In that sense, you have the right idea. If there are few people you don't mind talking to, then only talk to them.

Here's what I did with my problems at work. I started handing out death stares. In essence, I went from being their clown to being their villain. Which at least makes dealing with the garbage a little bit fun.

There is nothing wrong with you. Please do not let any mistreatment by others cause you to believe you are anything less than magnificent! You are fearfully and wonderfully made, and your father is a King.

Having gone into medicine, it is clear that you are a caring person. That compassion is both a curse and a blessing. It is a powerful gift that you will share with your patients and their families, and will make a great impact on the world--even saving people's lives.

But that same compassion makes it easy for you to feel, and sometimes become overwhelmed by, the emotions of those around you. Many of us "empathic" types tend to internalize the negative feedback we receive from others. (I myself had problems with this for years. Feelings of unworthiness led to thoughts and attempts of suicide. After some time exploring the spiritual side of life, I realized that these negative thoughts processes are just a trick played upon individual humans by dark entities, to get them to feel alone, lose hope, give up on life, and forfeit their souls. Don't fall for it.)

Please try to reconnect with things and/or people that can help you heal, and stay grounded. Whether it's a walk in nature, or meditation, or writing a gratitude journal, chatting with old friends, whatever works for You. You will get through this.

Internship is tough on everyone, and the seemingly endless covid-nightmare has taken a heavy toll on everyone in the medical professions. Try to remember, that the people who are being a-holes to you are miserable and trying to cope as best they can too. The ones who cope by spreading negativity aren't just doing it to you, but to everyone around them. Look for the ones who find a way to stay positive in the face of all the adversity. They are the ones you can learn from, who will treat their patients better, and make you a better caregiver in the long run.

You need to de-stress first. You have a lot of emotion subconsciously trying to do the right thing. Know your limit. Don’t over burden yourself. Learn to relax when you have down time.

The toxic environment- you have to learn to shrug it off. Don’t let the petty insults, etc get to you. It takes a lot of practice, but develop a strong mind. Thick skin. People who like to gossip have nothing going for them so they seek “stimuli” in creating drama.

Find a friend, a shrink. Someone to talk to. Call the suicide prevention hotline. Suicide is no joke. You have a lot of bottled up feelings and need an outlet to talk. Yeah this place can be helpful but I advise professional help. Get healthy out there. You don’t have to be unhappy. Just learn to love yourself, relax, and focus on a stronger mindset.

I’ve been there at one point in my life. I knew I was in control of my feelings, I respected and acknowledged my physical limits and learned to take care of myself away from the hustle & bustle of life.

If anyone had a beef with me. I shrugged it off and ignored it. I’ve only reacted to anyone if they physically threatened me and intended harm. Aside, people will gossip anywhere. We all deal with it under different perspectives. You can beat this
