Hi, maybe you know how to win obsessive compulsive contamination disorder by natural ways?
Is there any chance to get rid of it without doctors by yourself, not letting anybody to dig in your mind?
I strongly suggest looking into DBT treatment, tons of resources online. So effective with OCD. Be gentle with yourself

If only people would get God and Jesus into their heads to flush out any negative vibes I'm sure there'd be a lot less anxiety and depression around..:)

Jesus said- "On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you" (John 14:20)

Some seek peace through religion. But whatever can calm the mind/keep oneself engaged in a positive fashion. That’s God placing that positivity in someone’s life

I went into the AOL 'Anxiety and Depression' chatroom a few years ago to see if i could help anybody, but as soon as I mentioned I'm a Christian, some of them started rocking and rolling, yelling "Don't listen to him....religion screws people up..." blah blah blah, it was like a devil-possessed insane asylum in there.
In the end the AOL Host had to say to me "I'm sorry but you see the effect you're having on them, would you mind leaving please?"
So I walked and said "Ok everybody, you've got my email address, get in touch if you want to chat", but none of them ever did, what a bunch of losers..:)

Read the book “Brain Lock” - it’s a godsend. Also remove gluten from your diet and decrease sugar as much as possible. Oh and take Vitamin C - 2 grams a day

Don't know if anybody wrote on this yet but St. John's Wort can interact with just about every medicine around. Use with EXTREME caution.

Jus' sayin'.

Speaking of natural remedies, simply taking a break can work wonders..:)
Every so often we hear of students killing themselves for no apparent reason like this sad case in the Daily Express March 1st 2021.
That's because they've swotted so hard over the years that they've tired out their brains, and as tired minds are easy meat for satan, he invades their skulls and messes them up real bad.

That's why one of the 10 Commandments is to chill on the sabbath to allow the batteries of our minds to recharge themselves..:)

CBD has been a life-saver for my joint pain.
If you want topicals the best I can recommend is Elixinol (top-notch quality creams). CBDistillery is my go to for capsules.

Hope that helps.

I honestly need to get back to a healthy sleep schedule. Sleep is a good restorative process
Truth. What helped me a lot was cutting out electronics hours before bed (artificial blue light stimulates the brain) and a natural CBD capsule.

Fun fact: Facebook designed their website with copious amounts of blue to keep people hooked. Sneaky bastards. So glad I deleted mine.

We can buy blue light blocking glasses like these, the top pair are for non-glasses wearers and the bottom pair (which I own) are for glasses wearers, I wear mine all the time when watching TV or a monitor because they're very slightly gold-tinted to kill the blue light..:)

I kinda get obsessive compulsive here. Best remedy I found is working out. It’s a personal, timely progressive get away for my mind

Yeah in my cycling days I noticed that when I got home after a long ride I felt absolutely relaxed as if the negativity had all been flushed out..:)

I definitely need to cut off the tv and phone before bed. Also caffeine. I think my blood type is caffeine something now with the amount of pre workout and monster I consume

Pre-workout put me in the ER a few years ago. That stuff'll kill ya.

Try weaning off with black tea, that helped me lower my insane caffeine consumption.
