I understand the message, but when we donate food to the food banks, items like oil, boxed milk, fresh produce or meat are never on the list of acceptable items. The places we donate to would not accept them if we tried.
Depends on whether that particular food bank has refrigerator capacity. Some take them, some dont. The state of pa will pay farmers for their excess crops to put in food banks.. I’d like to have a farm one day and thought I’d just donate any extra but then that popped up on my Facebook for some reason. Would probably still donate but nice to know they do that.

Yeah, I assumed it was either lack of refrigeration due to cost or not wanting to take on liability for highly perishable items going bad and people getting ill from consuming them. That is good to know some have ties to local farmers and receive overflow from them.

So it's a criminal conspiracy that resulted in the deaths of 346 people, but nobody goes to prison....

The Fight For The Soul Of Seattle

Takeaways:
This is clear dereliction of duty by the politicians, who seem invested in maintaining the status quo.
Pete Holmes-Seattle city attorney, has no interest in maintaining law and order, instead fighting against it.
"The Hondurans dealing on the corner."
Rampant drug abuse is the fuel on this fire.

Looking at the deteriorated trashiness of these places, it's clear "The Revolution will not be sanitized."

It didn't take war against other nation-states to destroy our greatest cities. All it took was unrestrained neoliberalism, and the far-left policies of its most fervent disciples. In essence, to do nothing is "progress."

Same thing is going on Albuquerque. The frontage roads that intersect with 4th street is homeless camp galore. It’s a sad sight.

If a lot more metros decline like this.
Then I’ll be concerned about the future.

Right now I feel tensions and paranoia are getting the best even out of the most rational and composed of us

I should say frontage and 2nd. They are just a 100 feet or so away. But the halfway house and that park attracts a lot of homeless
