A line from this very old hymn came back to me this morning:-

I have an idea that could be an engaging learning experiences. We know the devil is a counterfeiter based on this verse:

Isaiah 14:14 King James Version (KJV)
14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

Notice, he only want to be LIKE the most High instead to becoming The Most High.

Yes it's not possible for an angel fallen or not to become the Most high.


Now being an angel the devil got some serious skills... so much so that he can easily pretend to be the Most high.

Probably billions or more and ALL the heavenly hosts praised Jesus. You can feel the trembles, the crowd cheering on for Jesus. Make Justin Bieber concert look like child play. The worship was super awesome. You will be soaked in the spirit. Some people actually think "what is the point of going to heaven and worship God for eternity, boringgg..." all I gotta say is they have no idea what they will be missing out. It's such a blessing to be in the presence of God and to worship Him face to face. JESUS IS LORD!!!

Lol, I wasn't in a trance. The vision came very gently and I knew for a fact it wasn't something I came up with.

Having never had one..I have a hard time understanding what you are meaning here.

I pray and asked God to open my spiritual eyes and give me the spiritual understanding of the things of God. And he does it frequently. It's one of those thing between you and God. When you try to put that experiences into word, it usually hard for other to see the same picture.

I guess so...because I don’t really understand how you could be driving and have a vision in the spirit like that.

I used to think about seeing God when I realized that I can’t get any closer to Him than His living in my heart...and I stopped thinking about seeing Him so much and being grateful that He’s made His home in my heart. Also took away my wanting to go to Israel and see where Jesus walked...He lives in me...that’s pretty awesome and blows my mind when I think about it.

I think the problem comes when the Christian believe in the theories over God and the Bible. Giving more power to the darkness in the world then to God who is greater than any darkness.

When you put more stock in the dreams of others or the speculations of others then you are actually saying that they have more authority over you than God. To continue to believe in things that may or may not be future events is also a problem. We don’t really know what the future will be like yet people here including Christians get ahead of themselves and stoke the fires of speculation of the future and fear of the future..I think that’s wrong when we should believe God for our future..whatever that future is...and what if God isn’t ready yet to give the world over to the things that are speculated about.

When you see what tptb do and say..those people aren’t all that bright..it seems to me that they are allowed to have their way sometimes instead of being so powerful and so intelligent and so sneaky..that they control everything. When we know that there are principalities and powers in the darkness that try to control and move things along their way..their is also God who has His way and ways. The Christian I think has to remember that God is the One they need to look to and stop giving more power to the darkness in their lives by believing that the darkness is more powerful than the light. They aren’t being a light in the darkness then.

There is precious little about trusting God for our futures coming from Christians. That’s too bad..they forget who they trust and believe in in that instance.

I have been re-evaluating much of the “conspiracy“ and speculation world for a few weeks now, and I have to agree with you @Lisa

I think u can put too much trust in those things too, which maybe I have done at points, But!, I also think theres a reason, for some people being versed in discernment of conspiracies and symbolism - I also think God and conspiracies dont have to be mutually inclusive of one another, u can simply find conspiracies interesting rightly or wrongly. At the end of the day if u werent somewhat aware of whats going on, ud be like everybody else who is following the plan, and not only that but what would u be doing here. It just seems slightly counterintuitive, this is a conspiracy website.

And P.S. the devil is smart, not emotionally, but intellectually he is worldly smart, he knows far more knowledge than we do in terms of how things work etc, some of the predictive programming has been decades in advance, this fascinates me, the coup happening now with covid, is somewhat ingenius, and while it is wickedness of the highest level, you can still appreciate how effective the psychological warfare is, this helps me understand how things really work, that is a gift from God, so lets not under estimate our enemy here.

I didn’t say no visions are real...but you really have to look at that scripture and see if what you’re watching conforms to scripture. If you are posting videos about young people dreaming dreams and the verse says old men dream dreams...then why are ya posting the young people dreaming dreams? Can that be Biblical then?

That’s where the Bible comes in and helps us...and the Holy Spirit guides us into all truth. I think God keeps us abreast of situations in the world and He want’s us to keep an eye on world events, however..I don’t know that he want’s us to get caught up in them. I think he wants us to keep an eye on the seasons and keep our look out for Him more than he wants us to get caught up in covid speculations.

And they are covid speculations...I know that @Frank Badfinger is awfully proud of his thread but in the end..its all just speculation. What if none of what’s in his thread even happens and life does return to normal? What if we don’t have anything forced on us. Does Frank come out and apologize for getting caught up in all the speculation? Does he apologize for making people fearful..and in the end are we Christians supposed to make people fearful of events that could happen in the world.

You have your thread about dreams...telling me at one point I better move out of the US. Is that fear mongering? And over what? Because you think all people dreaming dreams are true? If I were to take you up on that and move...and nothing happens but I mess up my life by doing something out of fear...would you feel bad? And where in this messed up world is safe? Do you even think of those things? You didn’t say...Lisa, I really think this is true but I think you should pray about it too. None of that. Isn’t that what a Christian should do...ask people to pray about things...knowing that God is ultimately in charge and the one we should trust? Do you forget that we are Christians first and its God we point to...its God we should give the glory to?

I do happen to think that God opened my eyes to different things going on in the world..and I don’t think that’s a bad thing. The bad thing is when we let those conspiracy theories make us less of a Christian, trusting in God and more like the world around us..living in fear and conjectures...is our light shining then..or has it dimmed?

The devil is a murderer..he is sneaky and manipulative. Is that smart? Was it smart to go against God..he’s not smart at all.

There is no coup with covid. Its all a desperate attempt to win an election...and I would say not a well thought out plan at all...especially if you want people to still vote for you after they find out you messed up their livelihoods for greed and power. It’s not even psychological warfare its fear manipulation. I don’t know if you really understand it at all, honestly. You make it sound ingenious when its really actually pathetic.
