Well its from a temple so I'd assume the inhabitants that used the temple. So yea my question was why does it exist in a place black people werent supposed to be in?
How old is it? Where was it found? What tribe or civilization does it refer to or did it belong to? This would go a lot easier if you gave me a source to verify.

Bonampak murals in Mexico. Dated back to a time period before black people should have been around.

If George Washington had a tomb with his image on it, why would I have to explain that thats what he looked like? Thats a temple in Mexico with the people drawn on the walls definitely looking like negros with dreadlocks... Its on you to explain how that could be when "negros came on slaveships in 1619" and before that "were only in Africa"... Thats what the narrative we were taught says right?

Ah, Mayans then? Let me get this straight. Are you saying Mayans were black indigenous themselves, meaning not from Africa, or did the Mayans have black slaves from Africa?

Probably for the 4th time Im asking you why are there black people on murals in a place they shouldnt have been since the slave trade didnt happen until the 1600s? Do you have an answer to this question?

Never said you said or suggested to abolish the police. I said "whatever the expectations from defunding to abolishing", which you've supported throughout this thread.

That said, one problem is criminals with badges, the much more giant, pressing and deadly (especially for blacks) problem is black crime. If that doesn't register, there's no point in continuing this.
1) ive supported reforms and reduced funding in order to put Ensure the blue line doesn’t protect bad cops, bad cops have consequences, and the money Saved can be funneled towards other services the community needs that would actually Stand a chance to reduce criminality. And by removing police from certain domains (mental health, schools) it would result in significantly reduced unnecessary tragic deaths and circumstances. I mean shit... we can start by trimming their budget just enough that they aren’t capable of sending 3 cars and six cops for a tail light. Even that would be something. You have no idea what I supported throughout this thread though, not outside of slogans I never even used myself. Your just using me as a prop.

2) I’ll bite artful - what do you propose we do about crime? I’ve got tons of ideas and I’m sure you’ll all hate them.

Yes. A mural is not a photograph.

But let's assume the Mayans were as black as portrayed on those murals. You say they are black indigenous of the Americas, even Mexico, but they're not Africans, right?

I've only asked you a question as to why a mural of black dating back to a time before black people should have been there exists? Or if thats too confusing, if black people werent in America until the slave trade brought them here, then why is there a mural in Mexico showing black people that is dated to before the 1600s?

Why cant you answer this without asking me some question?

I think we have to wait for the result of this culture war, which seems to be reaching an apotheosis pretty soon, before considering our options. A huge pushback is on the horizon if this anti-white, anti-cop narrative continues for too long. If that happens, the entire political climate might change. November 2020 will be pivotal in this.

I've expressed my preference to just separate in that Malcolm X thread. Give the black community full autonomy over their laws and institutions seems like the way forward. I would have them fix their crime problem, instead of letting them shove that responsibility onto others. If their focus is off racism, institutional and systemic, they might start focusing on real issues.

I've already answered your question. A mural is not a photograph. They're not black to me, but red, like the Mayans of the official history books. I'm not going to partake in your historical revisionism based on what colour of paint was used on a mural to represent skin colour.

Incidentally now that a lot of statues are being torn down, I suppose we'll be seeing them replaced by statues of 'Saint George Floyd' going up all over the place..
Wonder what the plaque will read- "Burglar, junky, counterfeiter, police disrespecter"..:D

Yea an we cant expect photographs to exist in time periods prior to the cameras existence. So all we're left with is murals to go by. And the murals show black people in areas they werent supposed to be in since "the slave trade" hadnt happened yet...

The only ones who did historical revisionism is the pope and the western europeans he sent over here.

I wonder what group of people are closest to that skin color while wearing their hear in locked patterns like that?

The Pope didn't send. Even the Pope you have in mind did it because of pressure of the Kingdom of Portugal. But let's not digress.

I don't think it's impossible that indigenous people from Latin America were dark-skinned. But why would that give your people the right to the lands in North America?

These people are a genuine menace to society. Government should really consider to remove all police officers from those neighbourhoods. They'll be begging for cops to return in no time. I give it a few months tops.
Perfect invitation too for drug pushers and gangs to move cross country and set up shop in the neighborhood too.
