Sure they have...
But they don’t beat at first..they pretty much make you feel like crap first...but its all good. Another reason that the women wear their tents...you can’t see all the bruises from men who get a little too into beating their wives fro their own good. And, what‘s up with nipping it in the bud and starting with this stuff when the man suspects rebelliousness? Women really can’t win in islam.

Wife-Beating Guidance By Qatari Official Dr. Ahmad Al-Farjabi On Al-Jazeera TV: Some Women Must Be Subdued By Muscles; Women Almost Unanimously Agree That Beating Is Better Than Letting The Wives Ruin Their Families
"Between you and me, I give a lot of lectures to women and I have asked the sisters to give an honest answer: Is it better to let the wife ruin her home, lose her children, and lose everything she has, or is it better to lift the rod and bring her back to her senses? The women have said almost unanimously that it is better to use the rod on her to bring her back to her senses."

Considering your dirty laundry that was aired in regards to your own marriage shouldn't you perhaps keep quiet at this point when it comes to your perceived notions in regards to marriages from an Islamic point of view? You know so you don't sound like a hypocrite.

So..you can’t refute what I posted?
I already did check my previous post. Also, you still haven't answered my questions in the other thread. I'm still waiting on your answers in regards to 1 John 5:7-8 being a forgery along with Jesus condoning sex slaves and r*pe. You seem to post a lot of your opinions but never like to answer questions

So no refutation..ok. Why bother to say anything when you can’t refute what some imam says.

You've been refuted on this stuff more times than I can count. You wait a while, in the hopes that people forget, and then you post the same nonsense again.

Go be a good Christian and listen to your husband. I don't want to air your dirty laundry. Perhaps you should fix things in your own life before you give out your pre conceived notions of Islamic marriage. I genuinely meant it.

So that imam is wrong? That’s not how married men are supposed to treat their wives? How are muslim men supposed to treat their wives?

I personally don’t think any woman wants to be treated like that....wouldn’t want that preemptive strike where the man assumes she’s gonna be disobedient and starts the abuse. No wonder muslims seem to bitter and unhappy. The women is always abused and the men have to be manly abs abuse them...a recipe for disaster.

And it fits with the op...no regard for that desire of women..that imam thinks all women like that..talk about being out of touch with reality..

Lol. The only bitter and unhappy one is you otherwise you wouldn't be constantly posting about marriage and husband's ;). You have a lot of issues that you need to take care of sweetheart.

My wife is a Muslim and if I ever cheated on her she would leave. Christian women have to be obedient though no matter what the husband does, right?

There seems to be some disconnect with what that imam says and what muhammad said then..wonder why? That’s not the first imam that has said exactly those things.

Ephesians‬ ‭5:25, 28-29‬ ‭
Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up for her,

So husbands ought also to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself; for no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ also does the church..

She thinks she would but maybe she wouldn’t..I don’t think people know what they would do in any circumstance, until the circumstance is upon them ave they have real life choices.

I would have left him except God was in our relationship working His will for our good. Forgiveness is for our good...can’t keep finding other sinners when sin comes up in your relationship thinking you’ll have a different outcome.

I can't see how a woman who has to be silent all the time equating to love. Unlike you women in Islam can own property, work, and etc. regardless of what her husband says.

Also, Muslims follow the prophet and not imams.

I know my wife better than you. Once a cheater always a cheater and that goes both ways.

Exactly. Fix your own relationship first before you starting throwing out your opinions about marriages in Islam.

Well according to that imam she has to be obedient to her husband so unless he oks her working..or the rest of she’s not gonna be able to or get abused. Doesn’t seem to me like she can do what she wants.

Didn’t like the verses I gave you eh? In church the man is the leader however we women have our own place there.Just like the man is the leader in the home..however he lives his wife like Jesus who gave His life for the church...you muslims can’t come close to that with the emotional and physical abuse and thinking your women deserve it...even if there is no proof.

That's false. The prophets wife, Khadijah, owned all the property and business. Show me the scripture the imam is using to justify what he's saying?

The verses you gave contradict the verse I posted. You, however, haven't posted any Islamic verses so far.

"Research shows that the men most likely to abuse their wives are evangelical Christians who attend church sporadically*. Church leaders in Australia say they abhor abuse of any kind. But advocates say the church is not just failing to sufficiently address domestic violence, it is both enabling and concealing it."

Look what we have here. Looks like you evangelicals take the lead when it comes to the mistreatment of your wives. Makes sense considering your situation and all.

Right that’s because he married a wealthy woman and was poor..he wasn’t going to be under the thumb of his next wives, they were under his.

So, still nothing to post that that imam is wrong..just keep coming up with something, anything to get the discussion off the fact that islam does actually teach what that imam says. So does qualify that islam is an antichrist religion as islam doesn’t care about the desires of women. Being emotionally or physically abused is not a desire of women.
