No you always got what I said wrong.
You have consistently insisted that people only have financial problems because of personal flaws and denied that situations outside their control could have contributed or caused them.

You have consistently argued against providing a safety net or assistance to poor people because “hand outs” and “dependency”

You have argues against higher wages, against universal health care, against homeless shelters and sop kitchens, against pretty much anything anyone has ever proposed to help the poor.

So, no. I didn’t get it wrong Lisa. The only reason you are even pretending to give a hoot now is because the poverty many people experience on a daily basis is starting to trickle upwards and effect people that you’ve decided are worthy.

Just to try and get across the current ridiculousness of the situation. I don't know if it's happening at every petrol station here in the UK but it is in every one I've visited over the last couple of weeks.

Your expected to fill your car up whilst holding a petrol pump which has been handled by god knows how many hundreds of people with NO protective gloves available whatsoever but when you go in to pay they have segmented the floor into six foot zones to stop you standing too close to somebody else.

....are they having a laugh at our expense do you think?
It doesn’t have to make sense does it?

Can people have financial problems because of personal flaws..yep..I think its the leading cause of financial problems...some people the other hand would like to believe financial problems occur randomly.

I’m not opposed to getting people on their feet again..but I am opposed to helping financially and making people dependent...people do better when they are independent...its better for self esteem.

Yep, I have said that higher wages will be counteracted in less hours..that does happen. I don’t remember ever saying anything about universal healthcare. Homeless shelters just perpetuate a problem along with soup kitchens. All the thing proposed to help the homeless, not the poor...lets get the terminology straight...haven’t really helped them..they are still homeless and there are more of them.

Yep, you still get it wrong.

I thought from the beginning of this that the people out of work was going to be a problem for them..that maybe they weren’t thinking ahead to how they were going to make it if they have no job.

No I don't. I'm not buying into this massive psy-op at all. Just because everybody else is doing something that doesn't make me do it.

There are too many red flags and too many media lies for me to start acting like everybody else.

Why do I have to go wiping stuff down?

How would they make it if they were dead?

You don’t care about the plight of the people Lisa. You never have. You - maybe - would like to see things go back to normal so there isn’t any massive uproar over the economy/living conditions and you could just block those struggling into a box by claiming they made bad life decisions. But truly care? Nope.

If there was a risk of a real virus being spread via multiple people using the same petrol nozzle then why haven't all garages been sent protective gloves?

Do you think they may have overlooked something so blindingly obvious? But just to be on the "safe side" they have virtually shut down the entire country.

It doesn't make any sense at all.

If who are dead?

Ya, I care...but I don’t think the way we help people is actually helping them..but keeping them down al in the pc guise of helping them. Real help takes them wanting to get out of their homelessness and many don’t want that...so to make people feel better about it, they feed them and say that’s help.

That’s what I’ve been saying...its all fear and scare tactics..nothing that makes sense when you put it all together.

Why haven’t doctors and nurses? Idk what the answer is here. I do know I am up to a couple dozen people I know with the virus. Can’t really consider it fake at this point.

The people who lost their jobs Lisa. It would be a bit harder to make it if they were dead rather than out of a job (temporarily - these are temporary things).

They aren’t dead, and aren’t going to die if the feeders have anything to say about it...but that’s all they are going to do for them. They will still be there living on the street. And hopefully they won’t be joined by people out of a job because of a scam...all because the powerful want to hit trump.

Jess Lisa can I offer a suggestion?....well it's more of a request to be honest.

Could you create your own thread to have these back and forth exchanges which have no relevance to the topic of the thread?

The thing is your daily head tennis sessions elongate most threads to the point where most readers just get a bit bored with scrolling through it.

Your continual back and forth have probably extended the CV thread by about 20 pages and I can see this one going the same way.

I'm not being arsey, you could call it Jess and Lisa 's daily ding dong or something.

They aren’t going to let a good hoax go to waste...especially since they can’t win any other way...they should just fly the white flag now...haha!

Yeah they cut back hours here too. I’m assuming it’s to avoid paying people which is stupid.

The stupidest thing is the MTA in nyc cut back train service so now the remaining trains are even more crowded despite less people using them.
