Not for lawmakers directly. Their salary is set by statute. It was for staff and works out to over $57,000 per lawmaker...

Yes, I see people walking around in public places, not social distancing, (local park type area) when there are signs on the highways saying "stay home" (except for essential travel--work, grocery, drug store, etc). If people continue not complying, there's going to be a mandatory lockdown (thought there already was?!). It's not business at usual.
That's 2 months of nonessential in D.C. Seems kinda...ominous...

Horrifying.

Jon Rappoport – No More Fake News March 24, 2020
Straight from the horse’s mouth—both sides

—The CDC (US Centers for Disease Control) admits the coronavirus test is flawed. That’s the overview and the takeaway—

As my readers know, I’ve described why the widespread diagnostic test for the coronavirus is insufficient, misleading, useless, and deceptive.

That test, used all over the world where it is available, is called the PCR.

It DIAGNOSES patients. “Yes, you have the virus.” “No you don’t.”

A very alert reader sent me a link to a US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) document about the test. The CDC establishes the guidelines for how the test should be done, and what the results mean.

Here is a CDC paragraph about results. I suggest you read it several times.

“Positive [test] results are indicative of active infection with 2019-nCoV but do not rule out bacterial infection or co-infection with other viruses. The agent detected may not be the definite cause of disease. Laboratories within the United States and its territories are required to report all positive results to the appropriate public health authorities.”

I’m going to blow past the blatant contradiction in that CDC paragraph and cut to the chase.

The key line in that paragraph is: “The agent detected [the coronavirus] may not be the definite cause of disease.”

BANG.

CDC: Yeah, you see, folks, ahem, the test could say the coronavirus is there in somebody’s body, but the virus may not be causing disease…

On one level, the CDC is admitting the test could turn up false positives: the test could SAY a patient has the coronavirus, but he really doesn’t.

This isn’t a footnote stuck at the bottom of a report. It’s right there near the top of the section about the meaning of the test.
On a deeper level, the CDC is saying straight out, IF THE TEST SHOWS A CORONAVIRUS IS PRESENT, THAT DOESN’T MEAN IT’S CAUSING DISEASE.

Well, yes, I’ve pointed out that the test has an inherent problem. At best, it might show that a virus is present in the patient’s body. But the test is incapable of determining HOW MUCH virus is ACTIVELY REPLICATING in the patient’s body.

And why is that important? Because, to even begin to say a virus is causing actual illness in a human, there would have to be millions and millions of a virus replicating in his body—and the PCR test has never been proven, in the real world, to be able to make such a judgment call accurately.

But, if you read that CDC quote again, you’ll see the CDC is ordering labs to report a positive test result to public health agencies—where it will be counted as a “coronavirus case” come hell or high water.

Thank you, CDC. So very, very much. The next ship for Uranus leaves tomorrow. Pile on board and make the trip. You can run tests there to your heart’s content.

Botchy test could’ve correlated with this. We’re either dealing with the flu and a hysteria media distraction because of the economic turmoil and battle in congress

Or

Maybe this virus has been here longer than what we think.

Thanks

thanks aero. Not looking for answers though so no sweat.

If I got him through years of actual solitary confinement I’ll get him through this. His shadow side definately met its match in me.. cuz I don’t play that shit, never have. I didn’t spend the last twenty years for that fucker to win now. I will bitch slap his projections lol.. and he knows it on every level. This will be a walk in the park for us compared to actual solitary. Atleast we have phones and physical contact inside our own walls.

But on a larger scale for people who’ve never experienced anything remotely like this.. I’m a lot less hopeful. This could go one of two ways.. and I’m very nervous it’s going to go in the wrong direction. Though unsure.. a life coaching thing I set up years ago and has been dormant ever since keeps getting hits unexpectedly so maybe it won’t turn out too bad if that’s an indication of people looking in the right places. Idk. I’m confused right now myself.
Good for you, I like to see a strong woman. I hope that doesn't sound patronizing though. My thoughts mostly come from my personal experience, so I'm not trying to play hero or anything. Although if someone were to want some heroism. I would pretty much be right there.

I get why people have lost hope. The Dali Lama would tell us to be kind, and gentle but unfortunately, there is a time when people have to fight. To be clear, my main issue with positivity preaching is it can lead to people not solving problems. Basically it's a great message, but it's not taking hold in a forward-moving way.

Whatever people believe or any genuine facts of this pandemic, one certainty is that the virus was a greater force than what humanity was prepared to deal with. People have said, pandemics are nothing new. Which raises a good point, but also defeats itself because if it's nothing new, why do we get crushed by pandemics? That's why I say we need to solve these preparedness problems and fight anyone who gets in the way.

Cause they’re scared of the unknown.
It’s easy to panic when it’s something new. But people who panic tend to not make rational decisions.

Maybe if rather than being negative. You don’t even have to be positive in thought, but at least be composed and calculate situations.

We’re a dependent society(western).
It’s showing now.

I’m just one citizen with a small voice. But if I can at least show a bit of composure and hopefully someone can pick up and have a bigger impact than I. The better.

I understand people are scared. In essence, we are at war, and I'm not promoting the idea of Johnny down the street being a dick to his neighbor. You talk about calculating, but your calculation ends after being positive and composed.

I don't want my enemies to think I'm composed. I want an enemy to think I'm in terrible shape because the "Art of War" is all about deception. That is an "ultimate truth" we are denying or avoiding with excessive preaching.

One day I'm going to get some people here to stop thinking in such black and white terms. Peace cannot exist without war, and the same is true for every opposite. My point here is not to vilify liars or preachers. My point is that sometimes we have to correct lies by force. Now I will give you that, obviously we should first try to correct lies nicely. But if that doesn't work, the only logical solution is to slowly ramp up the force used.

Let's start by nicely holding *all* leaders accountable.

Spent last week near an army training area. (big one in the UK)
Very little activity in the sky, much less than usual.
One chinook, two apache attack helicopters (fully armed), and that was all.

In fact the main gates to the base were shut and apparently unattended. Again very unlike normal where they would be open with a very visible presence.
Less army on the ground, less running, less shopping.

Also a rumour that they were training for civil unrest. riots, petrol bombs, that sort of stuff.

There was a bit of police presence in the sky, but again less than normal.
Far less police evidence on the ground. Normally they would visibly prowl the site on a daily basis. This time nothing except once, when they came mob handed to break up a fight.
Then today (after we had left, but someone sent a vid) they came and cleared the whole site and closed the road.
No move along in 24 hours like usual. Pack up now, get out now.
im a bit of a plane spotter, its sad but i enjoy it so make a metal note and watch everything i see, and ive noticed a huge increase in planes over me, had 5 tankers take off one after another, never seen that and ive lived here 15 odd years

There's talk in the news of issuing thousands of virus-testing kits to the public.
What for? I mean if we test positive what are we supposed to do about it?

Thank-you. Maybe these human bodies have been carrying these viruses (protein chains) around since they were brought into the world.

It looks like the test for the coronavirus returns 80% false positives, making it absolutely worthless. Data out of Italy suggests that over 99.2% of the patients who have died had 1 or more pre-existing conditions. And the mainstream media has lied so many times nothing they say can be trusted.

So is the economic turmoil the distraction from the coronavirus or is the coronavirus scare the distraction from the economic turmoil?

It seems most likely to be the latter, which in truth is the largest heist in human history, taking place right under our noses while t.h.e.y. have everyone voluntarily under house arrest, unable to protest, peacefully or otherwise.

And the battle in con-gress is theater. Every single one of these evil people from both sides of the aisle that have already profited from their insider information about when this coronavirus scare was going to be foisted on the public and impact the market should be tried for treason. And we all know what the rightful penalty for that should be.

I wonder if its a difference between UK army bases and US bases in the UK.

Or maybe I just wasn't there long enough to get a good representation of what was happening.

I was down near the Salisbury Plain training areas.

Last year we saw an Osprey come over a few times! That was exciting, especially in the dark when the rotors look like green circles.

So here’s what I’m looking at..

Italy went into full lockdown over two weeks ago. They say the incubation period is two weeks. Yet Italy’s numbers - both of sick people and dead - are still climbing exponentially. They reported the first cases in my ancestral town a couple days ago.

How? If everything’s locked down and has been for longer then the incubation period how are these numbers still climbing so rapidly and so high? How is the virus still spreading to areas that hadn’t been impacted?

Something isn’t right. And we need to think about that.. the virus isn’t a hoax, I know people who have it and who are in bad shape because of it. So if we take that off the table, what’s left?

I also refuse to accept “people are just stupid and don’t listen” - because again, this is pulling data from a country where that wasn’t an option.

I agree, something isn't right.

Either the incubation is significantly longer than they thought, or lockdown isn't stopping the spread.

I am not sure what that would mean, as I don't know what its like in Italy under lockdown, what precautions are being enforced, what measures taken.

Ultimately it may mean that it is in the air that we breath and on everything we touch.
In which case the purpose of the lockdowns are for everyone to die in place, and make the subsequent clean up easier.

So apparantly hydroxychloroquine is a drug for lupus and lupus patients have been receiving letters saying they can’t get the prescription anymore due to the need for corona patients and “thank you for your sacrifice”
Do you have a source for this? i'd like to read up on it. Because if its true it is super messed up because there is no proof or confirmation that hydroxychloroquine works against corona. Its probably not going to work at all, the very fact that Trump keeps ignorantly pushing it is annoying.

As far as the incubation period is concerned, it is the time between virus entering your body and showing symptoms. And it can vary and go upto 15 days in this case and in some people there are no symptoms at all. However, it does NOT mean that the virus in the body will die after 15 days or that it can only live in the body for 15 days.
You could be infected by the virus entering your body in January and then get sick in march. This is the problem of viruses, they can go latent in the body for long times.

That is why italy is showing so many cases, active and proper testing due to better medical facilities. The reason we aren't seeing that in other countries is because they don't have the manpower or the means to actively test people.

Soo, we dont just have field hospitals now, we got military. Theyre erecting the hospital as shown in the video and it will open next week. This explains why they stopped building our hospital. They have been in the process of making the hospital bigger but then they just stopped and it all stood still for quite some time. We never saw any buildings coming up, they only laied the foundation and now we know why, it was for this, its all been planned.

Video below:

There is a way of curing it, I linked a video of someone who has and what he did. Look up "How to heal from the corona virus" on bitchute.

My mom has lupus but apparantly she stopped taking this drug a while ago because she was losing a lot of hair. But that’s the only reason this article even peeked my interest otherwise it would have been lost in the sea of bad news currently upon us.

So you think the incubation period is just longer then we thought in some cases? It feels more nefarious to me then that honestly but I’ll keep looking at the data and watching to see if that makes sense. If that is the case what could cause a virus to be a “sleeper” for so long? Is that natural? Typical? Because I’ve never heard of anything like it.. usually you get sick pretty quickly.

Not that I think incubation is longer. You see sometimes virus enters your body it goes latent/sleeps. But when it wakes up, its going to take 2-15 days to infect you and you start showing symptoms. So, you could've come in contact with the virus months ago but since it went latent, you had no idea for a long long time until it reactivates, its incubation period starts and then suddenly you're sick.

Its natural yes and it happens quite alot. Its all dependent on the virus's genome (DNA) replicating once inside a person's cell. Sometimes they manage to do it instantly, other times they just go to sleep for a while. They are still producing stuff needed to replicate in many cases but it is so slow that you don't notice.
It is actually really common in Herpes cases, people can have herpes and not realize for a long time because of a similar phenomenon.

edit: So in simpler words if the virus is active when it enters your cell it can take 2-15 days (in covid's case) to start showing symptoms. If the virus enters your cell and goes latent, then it is going to take 2-15 days FROM when it reactivates in the cell.
