That is an interesting video because social blade reflects other amounts for these million view-youtubers. So my guess is that they also gain a huge chunk of cash from ad sponsors. I heard about a Youtuber that got $10,000 from a big name company (sponsor) just for one video.Excellent breakdown, gracias. Im wondering, how are they getting away with this without any CPS investigations? How are they actually earning all this money? Because as you can see w/this vid, 1milli-plus views aint no guarantee of any real cash off the video.....
According to this family's social blade, first channel makes $600-9k monthly. Second channel makes $59-951 per month (smaller amount) so I heard of the median average for salaries on Social blade are usually on the upper scale, so 8-9k per month for the first channel. Not only this, this family has upward $1,000 on SNAP benefits (for a household of 7) according to a chart on SNAP eligibility that I googled. And, I am sure they have some sort of government aid for disability since their youngest has an eye condition, not only that but they may receive other forms of benefits apart from SNAP... SO, it kinda makes sense that they can afford this lifestyle. If you go on their FB page, a bunch of people have left them nasty comments to get a job, and to stop feeding their kids trash food, to stop doing drugs, and to take care of their family properly and the mom and dad just scoff at them.
My point besides above is to say that these families put these children in compromising situations/positions to get more $$ because they know there are these types of suscribers; the bored viewers, family-oriented people; children who want to watch family channels; and the nasty ped-s. The ped-s and children give them the most views and that is why if u look at their previous comments when they were available on Youtube there were freaks on there.
It is no coincidence they use compromising and dramatic/clickbait pics of their kids to lure in viewers, why else would you display a child in those poses for the whole world to see, oh yea because it is all about the $$.
If you see these comments when you are posting videos wouldn't it make you think twice about what you show to the public, and I am not saying to stop filming but it sure should make you think about what does and does not need to be displayed for such a large platform like Youtube!
The dad actually did a vlog where he was driving and talking all giddy because he doesn't need to work and his previous jobs never paid him this amount of $$. If I am not mistaken he was working in construction before I could be wrong. He plays video games the whole day except when vlogging and the mom cooks and barely cleans. Cook as in all ready meals most of them time (frozen pizzas, microwave foods, chips, nachos, sandwiches, cookies, ice cream, etc).
To me, Youtube does pay decent depending on how you work your channel to be, but to me there is too much of a coincedence that now family channels have ped- /abuse scandals.
