Good morning @Cintra Hope you are well today.

Do you mind if I ask you please, Is the Express tabloid?

Coronavirus map LIVE: UK preparing 'mass burial sites' - terrifying 'excess death' plans

About the same as the daily mail, really.
They love a bit of doom porn.

In that article they are quoting the BBC. If that is a real quote and can be sourced to the BBC then it is officially true.
Not necessarily really true, but officially true.

If you see what I mean.

So I’m getting a bit worried about loss of income now more than the actual disease... mass school closures are happening all over the place. I work in a school but as an outside contractor, not salaried and no PTO.

I have enough food etc to get my family through a one month quarantine.. I’m pretty sure utilities won’t be effected. But a loss of one months income would be pretty hard to swallow/sustain especially coming off the winter with all the closures we’ve already had for snow

Bingo on the loss of income. The areas in which we are being herded from the fear is to make many compliant to new rules. Prep for sure but do not get too caught up in this just yet for manipulation is in play and the MSM is fanning the flames in a most ferocious way. The scary thing is if they want to take a large portion of people out, they can orchestrate it for greater goals. It is not beyond the realm of possibility that PTB's want to crash the world economy. This could be the ultimate psy-op to see how people react.

@justjess what kind of supplies do you have? I’ve made a list of food that can last (rice, beans, canned things, etc), meat and other things we can freeze, flour and stuff to make bread and bake with, diapers, wipes and formula for the bambino, and medical supplies to treat any of us who get sick. What am I not thinking of?

Meh. Adults run out of things to watch quickly there and they're hiding Donald Duck's past which is a conspiracy.
We just finished The Mandalorian, which we liked, and there’s always the entire Marvel universe to rewatch.

We also have a seven-year-old boy, and he hasn’t really seen any Disney movies yet.

We’ll see which lasts longer — Disney, or the coronavirus.

That is the path I went down as well, but you will soon be down to the kid stuff and it can get loud in the backdrop:) The problem is the entire Marvel Universe is not on there yet. They have yet to release their entire libraries which people expect. Considering the fact they just dumped their CEO, maybe there will be some changes. We are about to see a lot of companies launching a streaming service like HBO-Max and many more. I have found bouncing around works and I drop Netflix for a couple of months and then come back only to get po'd at their PC agenda being pushed. I did cut the cord a few years back and am happy with being able to pick and choose more of what I watch than the former forced packages. Let's hope we are able to get back to normal and out in nature this fast-approaching Spring.

I thought the entire MCU was on there. Lame.

Ant-man and the Wasp, Avengers Infinity War, Black Panther, Spider-Man Far from Home, Spiderman Homecoming and the Incredible Hulk are missing and that makes it hard to go back and watch how things are supposed to play out in order. I mean they have the conclusion to Infinity Wars but no Infinity Wars. For some reason, they are slowly rolling out Black Panther finally due next month. They will lean on some coming original content from Marvel and many of the shows people liked on Netflix will never be there nor will Fantastic Four movies, Punishers etc. The only reason I know all this is I had to write an article on it recently for a cord-cutting site. Writing is a bit of a hobby that pays a tad for me.

We just watched Far From Home, but I didn’t notice the rest. If they come out with Disney++ next month, for an extra 8 bucks every month, and that’s the only way you can see the COMPLETE MCU, I’m going down to Disneyland to infect them myself.

Generally.. pretty much what you described. I have a one month menu of things for breakfast and dinner that don’t require anything but boiling water to make. Oh plus instant coffee and creamer cuz.. I need coffee to function. Water obviously.

In this specific situation I’m not really focused on that. I don’t think it’s going to effect utilities (usually I plan for weather related outages hence the no “cooking” focus other than what I can make with a charcoal grill and some cast iron cookware, no fridge).

For this I’m more focused on keeping my fridge , freezer, and cabinets packed. Toilet paper, paper towels, diapers... baby Tylenol and over the counter meds. The stuff id need on a daily basis that I won’t be able to get if I can’t enter a store. And the stuff you’d need in a flu situation. Tylenol especially for the baby so I don’t have to worry so much about fever.

Oh.. also not spending my tax refund so if I am out of work for a while I have a buffer

I'm afraid those amusement parks are ghost towns right now, especially the ones in Europe and Aisa due to the virus. People on YouTube which mention it by name are automatically censored unless it is an MSM site.
