Surrogates are very odd.
Though the kids birth certificate looks normal enough.

So you think the queen should have stopped him marrying Megan?

The idea of surrogacy is interesting.
However if a surrogacy had happened, Archie would not be royal.
Even if they went through the formal adoption of their own child, he still may not be 'royal'.

Archie has no titles does he? He’s just plain Archie Harrison Windsor-Mountbatten from my understanding.

If the royals saw through her, maybe so. I know, love is hard to stop and Charles himself had to marry someone he really didn’t want to so maybe he hoped it would work out for Harry..who knows? But they are all suffering the problem of Meghan now.

Also, who knows if he has a prenup or not? He wears a wedding band but apparently men in the RF don’t? Or is it men in general in Britain don’t..I’m not sure which my way it was since it was awhile ago I read an article about the wedding ring thing.

He has a British birth certificate that states megan gave birth to him.

It's optional.
Some men do, some don't.
Most women do.

Just an article about Archie not having a title
What's the Real Reason Baby Archie Doesn't Have a Title?

May 18, 2019

Royal fans around the world can hardly contain their excitement over the fact that Baby Archie is here. We were on the edge of our seats for months, as no one knew Meghan’s exact due date, and we couldn’t wait for the wonderful news that she had finally gone into labor. It’s always a great time when the royal family welcomes a new member, whether it’s through marriage or the birth of a new child.
One of the most interesting aspects is whether or not the new member of the family will receive a royal title. It was announced early on in Meghan’s pregnancy that her child would not be called a “prince” or “princess”, causing many people to wonder exactly why. So, what is the real reason that Archie Harrison does not have a royal title?

I thought the birth certificate wasn’t signed by any dr’s?
Notably, it was never announced where Meghan planned to give birth. This was a major change from the Duchess of Cambridge's birth plans. For each of her three children, the media was notified weeks in advance that she would be giving birth at the Lindo Wing in London's St Mary's Hospital, where Princess Diana had also delivered. In contrast, Meghan was rumored to want a home birth, harkening back to a much older royal tradition (all four of the Queen's children were born at home), though that was never officially confirmed.

Today, with the publication of Archie's birth certificate, it is confirmed that Meghan gave birth at Portland Hospital in London.
Previously, several publications had reporting that Meghan's son was born in a hospital. The Daily Mail's Rebecca English first broke the news that Meghan had given birth in a hospital on May 6, reporting that the Duchess "was whisked off amid such secrecy that even senior royals weren't told."

The fact that the bulletin officially announcing the royal baby's birth, which sat on an easel in front of Buckingham Palace, did not include the names of the doctors who attended to the birth, also prompted questions.

Then there’s Harry talking about how kids change so much in two weeks when his kid was a new born...
Fans are convinced baby Archie was born TWO WEEKS ago after Prince Harry made a shock slip up

Ok, thanks for confirming about the wedding ring situation.

The queen looked angry in their wedding day..idk if she even smiled.

Quite the severe look there!
Your sources, though impeccable :), seem incomplete. The Queen was severely angry, but not about the wedding. She couldn't wait for the hors d'oeuvre to be served at the post-wedding reception banquet and stuck a fly which had briefly landed on a nearby lily-pad with her extended, froggie tongue. She was -and is- annoyed that a photographer caught her in the act. Simply put, she had the munchies.

The more detailed report on this incident, with slow-motion video, will be available online and printed in a competitor to the Daily Mail, next week's British edition of the now unfortunately defunct Weekly World News:

From a British point of view, the birth certificate is a legal document that names the mother (defined as the person who gives birth), and the father (defined as the legal husband of the mother, or a man who will turn up and put his name to the child)

If Megan used a surrogate (is this practice common??? Is it normal in america?) and then the whole royal family and a large medical team conspired to cover it up, the risk of exposure would be massive.
Worse than saying she was using a surrogate in the first place.

Why should she name the doctors, btw? Just because Kate did?

Idk if this is normal practice here, I don’t know of anyone who has used a surrogate. The media makes it seem like it could be normal.

Would it be seen as bad if she said she was using a surrogate in the first place? There does seem to be some funny business that went on with the birth and when she revealed she was pregnant, but idk. I don’t know that she was actually pregnant and I think she did use a surrogate myself. There are different pictures/videos of her

I was lead to believe that dr signatures were a normal thing the RF did. I will have to try to find the article I read about it. It was a commenter from an article I read on the subject..so...

I think the majority of the country would find the idea of using a surrogate shocking.
I find the entire concept mind boggling and distasteful.
Too posh to push is one thing, but renting a woman like a womb machine???

So they are suggesting she wore a fake bump to public appearances and whipped it off half way through?
Or do they deflate?
Photoshopped?

Doctors signature on what?
On which document?

I think part of the thing about the surrogate is that Megs is older than she said...

I think its a deflatable thing and it deflated or something like what happened to Beyoncé in her pregnancy.
I can’t rule out photoshop either..however that one where she’s walking and the bump is all over the place..

Dr’s signature on the document given to the public? I’m not sure now that you mention it. And I haven’t found the article I read by googling it...and the comments section is over 600 on a few articles I read..bottom line..I’m not sure when/if I would find what I read.

I have never paid much attention. I think they just announce it to the public.

I think that's what used to happen. Who knows now with all this internet digital stuff.

Go on, then. How old is she??!!!
That's a new one for me.
Juicy gossip.

I don’t look at is as gossip, but is this something has to do with the secrecy around Archie’s birth? Is surrogacy a real issue here, is that why Archie has not titles? And where does that fit..if it fits into the schemes of Harry and Megs?
