Trump Presenting Peace Plan To Israeli Leaders Today, Deal Goes Public Tomorrow

WASHINGTON
– President Trump has just revealed key details of the "Deal of the Century" to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. He will purportedly reveal the plan to opposition candidate Benny Gantz momentarily. The White House will remain silent to the public until there is buy-in from both candidates. Assuming the briefings go as planned within the next two hours, and both candidates agree to the deal, there will be a joint press conference tomorrow between Trump and Netanyahu revealing some of the details to the public. According to Trump, the peace plan will be revealed tomorrow at noon:

Whatever the deal is, it's shocking to think there may already be buy-in from one side. That sets this agreement apart from all that came before. From all that we've heard about it so far, it will be very advantageous to Israel (at least superficially), so how will they get the Palestinian Authority to agree? The way Trump deals, it may not matter at all: Israel holds the cards and technically no "Palestinian State" exists. On top of that, there has been a historic thaw in relations between Israel and key Arab nations in the past several years. It may be that the Sunni axis is ready to put the issue to rest by acquiescing to Trump's plan. I imagine the plan could go something like this:

1. The two-state solution is no longer workable because of longstanding Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria, and Israel's security needs in the Jordan Valley.

2. The Palestinian Authority + Hamas have never been partners for peace.

3. Therefore, the new arrangement is an American fiat. In other words, "this is just the way it's going to be." If the Palestinians want a state, then they have to accept the deal and recognize their Jewish state counterpart. If they don't accept, then they'll never get a state. "I'll make you a deal you can't refuse."

The Palestinians don’t want a state. They just want Israel to not have one. They could have spent the last 70 years building something useful for themselves — just as the Israelis have, while under constant attack — but instead, they’ve burnt most of the aid they’ve received and the lives of themselves and their children in the furnace of their hatred for Jews. What use would they have for a state? It won’t mean Israel will have less of one, so why bother?

Envoys from Bahrain, UAE and Oman were at the White House for this. That’s big news.

Add to this the announcement that Israelis are now permitted entry to Saudi Arabia, and you can see that a massive shift has taken place in the relationship between Israel and the rest of the Middle East. I’ve been tracking this on other threads on this board, but it’s getting hard to keep up.

So he gave Israel everything they wanted. Big shock. Not much of a “peace plan” or compromise..
It’s a compromise in the sense that Israel doesn’t get it all. Also, it’s the Palestinians last chance for a state. If they want one, they’ll take this.

No its not. Have you been Spirit Cooking w/Lisa again or reading tea leaves?
It’s their last chance. The Arab world has accepted Israel. They don’t support the Palestinian cause like they used to, and they are urging the Palestinians to take this deal.

I hope you will understand if I dont take the predictions of someone whom has been so spectacularly wrong, so publicly, so often very seriously.

Well apparently Palestinian territory has been doubled with this peace plan. Why wouldn't they accept this?

Because the land isn’t where they are actually living? And Jerusalem 100% goes to Israel. And the illegal settlements are legitimized with no acknowledgement whatsoever that they were wrong. And the requirements to get “the state” are extremely stringent and off putting and seemingly designed to elicit opposition.?

Jerusalem will be shared also according to what I have heard at the conference. Also there is a plan to improve Palestinian economy.

If I came in and stole your house and told you I’d give you a less desirable house in exchange but that in order to get THAT house you had to live by all these rules and requirements I decided on unilaterally or with the help of my big bully buddy what would you say?

"At the same time, "the sovereign capital of the State of Palestine should be in the section of East Jerusalem located in all areas east and north of the existing security barrier, including Kafr Aqab, the eastern part of Shuafat and Abu Dis, and could be named Al Quds or another name as determined by the State of Palestine," the plan states."
