‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭3:16‬ ‭
All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness.
The correct reading of the Greek says "All God-inspired scripture." Not "all scripture is God-inspired."

Matthew‬ ‭7:21-23‬ ‭
Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.’
‭‭
Remember that verse when you claim someone "isn't Christian", if anything, you need the seriousness of possibly going to hell on your mind, not your pretend fantasy that you're guaranteed heaven.

Which scripture is "all" scripture? is this confirming that the Pali Canon and Mahabharata are part of the Bible?

Whose guaranteed heaven? Anyone can fall away from the faith which is why we were warned about deception and falling away...

Faith alone.

And if you can 'fall away' yet believe yourself to be a Christian, then that just confirms the Catholic claim (which is true regardless of religion) that salvation is through works and deeds, not beliefs.

I don’t see how that’s the case. One must stay in the faith and not fall away from the faith.

Why would that be included?
It's scripture and inspired by God and your quoted verse proves it. Hinduism definitely counts the Vedas as the most divine of scriptures and like the Bible it passed through millions of people but nonetheless 'inspired' by God just like the Bible claims to be 'inspired'.
Clearly your verse doesn't discount the Vedas :)

Your just letting out more pandoras boxes, which faith is the correct one?
The Christian one about the Good News of Jesus...however that is the narrow gate and few believe it. They would rather walk that wide broad way where everyone walks to their destruction.

Clearly my verse is only talking about verses in the book it’s found in.

So just 2 Timothy? so just that single epistle is 'inspired by God'. That one tiny book doesn't even say that it's speaking about itself and 2 Timothy is clearly not 'all scripture'.

No we are born sinners and are separated from God because of our sins. It is Jesus who through His sacrifice reconciles is to God when we believe in Him.
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭5:18-19‬ ‭
Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation.
No we are not born sinners... but we might become selfish sinners growing up in this world.

God in Christ paid the price for our sins so the penitent receive remission of sins and is reconciled with God.

Luke 24 46And He told them, “This is what is written: The Christ will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, 47and in His name repentance and forgiveness of sins will be proclaimed to all nations, beginning in Jerusalem.

Acts 17 30Although God overlooked the ignorance of earlier times, He now commands all men everywhere to repent.

So we just become sinners then? Are we born good do you think?

All scripture...implied in the whole Bible...is inspired by God. Obviously it doesn’t mean all scripture people think is scripture around the world is inspired by God.

We are born into this biological world with a propensity for sins and death. So we need a Saviour who can remove our sins and raise us up from death.
