I’m going to put this here though..it talks about many things that could go in a few other threads than here. However, it does have the skillet singer in the video so I will put it here in my thread, where we could talk about the truth of falling away, of truth over feelings and is there really going to be a spirit of revival?

You have a life, decisions to make. Do you have a love of the truth? Do you have a desire to hear the cold hard truth or do you have a desire to hear what you always wanted to hear? Be careful of what you love because that is what you will follow.
—Bill Randles

Galatians‬ ‭4:16‬ ‭
So have I become your enemy by telling you the truth?

I totally agree.

I respect people's personal truths, but I'm under no obligation to follow it. Of course, I might be nitpicking a little bit here. I've had about a dozen people with stage names tell me to be myself. Like umm, what? If being someone else works for you, how are you going to advise me to the contrary? Yeah, it's not advice at that point, it's an insult. It's like a double standard and contradiction rolled into one logical fallacy.

I suppose I'm just ranting now. And I shouldn't take the bait, but I feel like returning the favor. I think people need to log off the internet and go read a book. The bible would be a fine book to read, but really reading any book is better than acting like a stranger's personal shadow.

What bait did you take?
When some random person tells you to be yourself. It's not advice, they are just baiting you into a fight.

The lesson I'm trying to teach here is money doesn't buy class. More importantly, money isn't the truth. Now maybe I've just spent a little too much time on Instagram. So a good part of the drama I'm referencing is on me. But I've seen way too many rich snobs that are haters in disguise.

It seems like the truth here is that money isn't making people happy. These types could be using their money to make a difference, or they could go on some epic vacation. They could go ride around in their lambos or yachts. Instead, we see them trolling way too much. And it's only a matter of time before that backfires and they get canceled by the same culture they promote.

O, ok, I thought you were talking about someone here baiting you.

How do you know they are rich snobs?

Happiness seems hard to come by thats for sure, nowadays. Perhaps gratitude for what one has is the key?
