Christians judge god as good. Gnostic Christians judge god as evil. Which religion is correct?

God is not unjust. He did create us and then we blew it. Who’s fault is that? God warned that disobedience wouldn’t be good.

Are we all children of God though? Most people don’t like God or care about Him or they don’t know really Him so are they really children of God?

Do what to my kids?
Playing dumb or really dumb.

I can't tell, but I will not let you troll me.

How is it that you always side with guys like satanists or avowed atheists when your goal is to attack christians?

Oh nevermind, I almost forgot that we recognize people by their fruits.
My goal is to correct Christians so that they might see that a genocidal god is not a good god.

Is that a good fruit?

Show your putrid opposite view.

praise the LORD I knew you would do the same if you were GOD!!
Ouch.

I think most Christians have better morals than their god and that is why I find it strange that they promote that prick.

Republicans hold their noses while voting for Trump and let their affiliations override their moral sense so it does not surprise me when they do the same for Yahweh.

do we really have the right to question His authority?
The bible says we should.

Gen3;22 Behold, the man has become like one of Us, knowing good and evil;

1 Thessalonians 5:21 Test all things; hold fast what is good.

You are holding fast to what is demonstrably evil.

How is Genesis 3:22 about questioning God? We know good and evil but we just want to do evil.

1 Thessalonians 5:21 is testing all things through God’s word
Acts‬ ‭17:10-11‬ ‭
The brethren immediately sent Paul and Silas away by night to Berea, and when they arrived, they went into the synagogue of the Jews. Now these were more noble-minded than those in Thessalonica, for they received the word with great eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see whether these things were so.

;) It's not all that strange. Many don't want the personal responsibility of choosing, so they avoid it however they can. Like you said, eyes closed.
I hear you.

That same reason is why they abdicate the responsibility for their sins and put them on their scapegoat Jesus.

They do not care about their moral soul.

you would prefer some namby-pamby weakling GOD who tolerates mockery???
I think most people would be the first to celebrate a God who judged evil done against them. Where we depart from that celebration of justice is when we find ourselves in the dock.

How dare he?

A God that hates and judges evil, wherever he finds it is not the God most people want.

Many would but that doesn't make it any less repulsive, bloodthirsty, and dangerous. Retaliation doesn't undo anything. It's not "justice", it's just violence, pure and simple.

Do you believe there is ever a place for justice? If so, what does it mean to you?

Simple. Our duty is to each other, not ourselves alone. In other words, if someone proves with their own actions that they are dangerous to others, our duty is not vengeance, rather our duty is to protect others who might otherwise become victims. This can always be accomplished ethically and humanely without violence or killing.

So justice should never be retributive, just rehabilitation?
