So you don't have kids of your own. You don't have the normal parents' concern that pre-schoolers are being taught alternative sexuality like it is relatively normal, just "different".

It isn't just "pro-gayness" in the education curriculum (although that is bad enough). It is telling kids IF they feel like a boy/ girl, they actually ARE a boy/ girl. They are little kids with over-active imaginations!!!!!
Did you see that panel of gay/transgender folks speaking out on the dangers of this agenda being forced on kids? Especially from a medical standpoint. Interesting perspective, and a great panel, all around.

Here:

That video is heartbreaking and disturbing. I’ve already seen and posted the excerpt from the person on the end which disturbed me the most regarding kids wanting to change their bodies and not realizing that it’s for life.

However, no one on the panel brought up God. No one is thinking of praying to God, no prayer meetings asking God, now what do we do?

My mil used to talk about God being taken out of school and that was a bad thing, but I think as we carry on as a society, as a country and in the world where we make it clear that more and more that we decide and not God what is right and wrong..more things are going to be confusing, heartbreaking, disturbing and immoral.

This is from the Twitter account of the same "woman' in these stories, who sued beauticians because they did not want to wax male genitalia.

He’s very busy...

A trans activist who gained notoriety for attempting to force beauticians to wax their balls and penis is now arranging a swimming session for girls as young as 12 where parents will not be allowed to be present.

These so-called LGBTQ individuals are far from some equal rights parties. I was one of their many mind controlled torture prisoners where they use perfectly normal genetics to build their filthy slums through experimentation, r*pe and torture. I did some reading when I started to get my memory back on serial killers. All were sodomites.

Wow.

There are places now (right?) where men can get private waxing anyway so why force a Brazilian wax place to wax them? It's not eyebrow threading or face waxing. It's a bit more personal and professionals uncomfortable with that should have the right to decline and refer potential customers to places that will.

Edit: Just read the article and saw the esthetician provided waxing in her own home. She has the right to not let anyone come into her home. The person was harassing her.

My arrest record is my playlist. Funny. :)

I scrolled through a few very recent twitter posts of "hers" and there were quite a few people saying things like "congratulations - you have just made LGBT+ movement reach peak value (acceptance)".

Gay people were complaining that thanks to "her", "she" had put the movement back 20 years. No, Yaniv just let the mask slip - sexual identity rights are now at the expense of every other average person, no matter what. Do whatever the LGBT+ person (especially the transsexual) commands or you will be punished.
If a straight guy had tried to do the same he might have been jailed.

OR alternatively.. if you have a problem with it come up with some other excuse. It isn’t that hard to say “sorry we are booked solid” or “we went with someone else” without mentioning your personal aversion to homosexuals. Can’t sue off a whim.

This is kinda common sense... and has been common practice forever. I don’t know why people now think they can outright say every thought that comes into their heads... without consequence.

well... i read the article.
i agree this person is a degenerate and i feel terrible for the beautician, but yaniv is in the right based on how the law is written in canada.
canadians MUST change the law. until then, beauticians who dont want to work on these people will have to sidestep the issue like jess has stated.

Migrant beauticians are less likely to be able to tactfully make excuses like the ones you suggest.
Marcia Da Silva was an immigrant from Brazil. (I bet English is her second language.)
Sandeep Banipal is a practicing Sikh. She would have some conservative religious values.

"Cameron also pointed out that Yaniv’s complaints disproportionately target women from ethnic and religious minorities."

A great interview by an Irish man with Jessica Yaniv. https://www.classichits.ie/podcasts/niall-boylan/episode/interview-with-jessica-yaniv/

Exactly, and that is the problem.
Legally right, but morally wrong by everyone's standards BUT pro-transgender supporters.
Only skillful LIARS will be able to evade potential lawsuits now.

Liars? So being mindful of other peoples feelings is wrong because your lying?? Come on...

I understand some of you believe it’s your religious duty or right to tell other people all about their sins at every opportunity but in BUSINESS you are going to have problems if you do that. Even without the laws.

I think you have a point. Being able to accept that each one of us has limits and things that we can't do, is essential to grow up. We cannot be accepted by everyone, and we cannot pretend to be liked by everyone.

trans women are women
They are not women. No matter what they think or they try to force other people to comply to their whims. Biology wins.

LGTB has gone too far, and it's going to backfire. It's sad, honestly.

This isn't mere diplomacy/ tactfulness that is being demanded.
To avoid such clients every beautician will have to somehow convincingly claim they are busy/ booked out for the next 10 years, going on holidays at this very minute etc, and THEN cover their tracks in case the potential (unwanted) client decides to investigate if they really ARE unavailable to all clients or only them....
