Does Jesus/Yahweh love us or is he stalking us?

Love without reciprocity, works and deeds, according toscriptures and Jesus’ own words, not that a supernatural Jesus ever existed, isnot a true love.

All you need to do, to know the truth of that notion; is tolook at your own standards of love. You would not love someone who does notreturn that love, as that is more a stalkers kind of love.

Some Christians and other believers will not see that. Mostwho are not led by faith, generally accept the truth stated above.

This link, in its message, gives about the same notion.

Well, He did come down out of heaven to die for us while we were still sinners. He lived a perfect life and never sinned but was willing to give his life for people who didn’t deserve it.

There is a punishment for sin. Just like a parent punishes a child for bad behavior. Now God’s punishment is worse because we broke the law of a righteous and Holy God.

And He could have just wiped us all out but He decided that His Son would come to earth and be the sacrifice by which all could be saved and He doesn’t want people to suffer the punishment but be saved!

Maybe the real problem is that He won’t force anyone to be saved, it’s a personal choice and perhaps what makes people mad is that if they choose to not accept the way out then they will suffer the punishment.

He’s straight up about the problem and the solution.

How about people read Gnostic atheist monk's replies to Christians instead? https://www.reasonablefaith.org/forums/index.php?board=24.0
No matter what Christians type the hatred spills out everywhere. He is determined to hate Jesus.

We all have different approaches. :)
I take King Solomon's advice RE fools etc in the Book of Proverbs for people like Gnostic Antitheist monk.
Ah Solomon the guy who ran a pleasure empire so expensive it bankrupted the kingdom leading eventually to rebellion. Samuel’s warning on Kings came true lol

It’s so weird that Christians hold him up as some wise figure when his only real accomplishments are settling a dispute about a baby and allegedly writing some proverbs. How’d that sparing the rod spoil the child thing work out for him or David?

Going along with shaking the dust off the sandals?
Yes, and what the Christian Jesus, Son of God directed us to do in Matthew 7:6.

If you do the Google search "Gnostic Christian Bishop" forums, you will see many patient Christians have answered to him kindly. The ones who directly contradict Gnostic Antitheist monk are the ones who GAT abuses in response.

I will not waste my time on a person who has proved (via many years of posting) that he is determined to go to the eternal place of Judgement Hell and take as many people as he can along with him in the process.

O sure, I’m sure I’ll probably also give up at some point, but like I said there is going to be one post here that refutes what he says.

And if you read the Book of Proverbs and Ecclesiastes you will see King Solomon most certainly learnt some of his wisdom from his poor choices and empty life in the process.
People who are too smart for their own good are the ones who learn things the hard way.

Probably because...
Now God gave Solomon wisdom and very great discernment and breadth of mind, like the sand that is on the seashore.
‭‭1 Kings 4:29‬ ‭

Ok sure it says that he was wise. What did he actually do that was wise? All I see is a treacherous power-mad lunatic who lived a lifestyle similar to that of any Roman Emperor.

The merchants he whipped might argue about Jesus not sinning and If you think Jesus is a part of the Trinity, god himself admits to being evil and being moved to sin in Job 2;3.

A lot of Jesus' moral tenets and teachings are immoral and I his preaching those as a sin.

On Jesus dying for you.

You have swallowed a lie and don’t care how evil you make Jesus to keep your feel good get out of hell free card.

It is a lie, first and foremost because, like it or not, having another innocent person suffer or die for the wrongs you have done, --- so that you might escape responsibility for having done them, --- is immoral. To abdicate your personal responsibility for your actions or use a scapegoat is immoral.

You also have to ignore what Jesus, as a Jewish Rabbi, would have taught his people.

Ezekiel 18:20 The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.

Deuteronomy 24:16 (ESV) "Fathers shall not be put to death because of their children, nor shall children be put to death because of their fathers. Each one shall be put to death for his own sin.

Psa 49;7 None of them can by any means redeem his brother, nor give to God a ransom for him:

There is no way that you would teach your children to use a scapegoat to escape their just punishments and here you are doing just that.

Jesus is just a smidge less immoral than his demiurge genocidal father, and here you are trying to put him as low in moral fibre as Yahweh. Satan applauds you though as you are doing her work. Congratulations, Christian.

He did write 2 books of the Bible and the Bible only gives people a snapshot of lives, good and bad because let’s face it, with sin there is bad.

That is a partial lie. I want you to hate the Jesus you know and embrace the Jesus I know.

Like most Christians though, all you can do is lie or call out the inquisitors as you have no good moral argument to convert with.

Sure, he likes to bash Christianity, but I feel like there needs to be a Christian rebuttal even if it’s only one. Contend earnestly and all that.
I appreciate that but will see how long we can chat before you start bad mouthing me the way your friend does when he gets frustrated from not being able to do decent apologetics for what I see and show to be your vile god.

What do you think the sacrificing of lambs were in the OT? Jesus is called the lamb of God, the spotless, blameless once for all sacrifice for sins. Without His sacrifice something had to die for sins because without the shedding blood there is no forgiveness.

My brother once took the punishment for my sister’s wrongdoing. He did it himself of his own free will...

You know you can’t get to God but works, right?

I will never embrace Satan like you.
You must be born again to understand the Christian Jesus. You imagine that (im)moral arguments using mere human reasoning is enough to negate the spiritual truths in the bible.

You most certainly won't be able to claim ignorance when you stand before God on your Judgement Day.
