I made some mushroom cauliflower rice today. I love trying different recipes for cauliflower rice. I am going vegan today because I am following the Greek Orthodox fasting schedule, but I am not feeling deprived. https://www.goarch.org/chapel/calendar

The recipe I used was very simple. It is just mushrooms, cauliflower rice, vegetable broth, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Sometimes, the simple things are the most delicious.

With more family and guests coming over I thought to remind you of a fast crowd pleaser.
Samosas made from Tortilla bread.
Filling should be your personal choice.
Here are some ideas for fillings:
1. Feta cheese
2. Peas and Potatoes with your choice of spices ( You can boil the potatoes and then fry them lightly with the peas and spices )
If you want to keep it healthy just boil everything together till it is mushy. Add onions (optional) and salt to taste.
2. Minced meat with Onions and spices.

Here is a recipe that you can follow but you can ignore that spice mix and use your favorite or pre-made spice mixes.

Remember it takes a few seconds to make. That is the fun part!
For Folding into triangles I use a different method.
cut the tortilla and have 4 pieces (for smaller samosas you can cut it into eights):

Then fold the two curvy sides in (put your stuffing inside) and pull the pointy part of the triangle up. Fold with a water and flour paste.
Enjoy!:):)

oh am way past the point of overinduldence lol its just as well I dont live in the US or Id be one of those obscenely fat people that need the wall cut away to get them out lol ok so bit of an exaggeration but I am a bit fat but fuck it Im ill because of genetics and theres nothing that can be done about that so if I die eating or smoking weed then Ill die happy, not had an ice cream float in years lol was actually going to a couple of weeks ago but then I didnt and we ran our of ice cream and fizzy drinks lol am not as bad as I used to be though when I was watching my weight then I really was starving, bingeing and purging, wasnt making myself sick but I was taking xenical and laxatives then I stopped trying and stopped bingeingg because of it ,dont care what anyone says its impossible to loosen weight without denying yourself and I just cant do it the healthy way, have tried and failed for years. Used to sleep eat too when I was trying to eat healthy, just wake up in the middle of the night and get food go back to bed and be falling asleep eating it.
Hey, Carolyn. I've found something that works even though I will have to follow it the rest of my life. It's good for food addicts, chronic dieters and, well, anyone. I've lost 13 lbs since the day after Thanksgiving (about 2 weeks). I've never lost like this and better yet my knee pain is gone already. It does require giving up flour and sugar though and massive planning ahead of time. But so far I don't feel deprived and I really like the weight loss side effect. :) Sorry to be such an ad for this. I used to binge, too, and overexercise as a purge. https://brightlineeating.com/ Check it out or don't. Heard about it two years ago and finally decided to try it.
