From Wikipedia: "On September 19, 2018, Lavigne released "Head Above Water" as the lead single from her upcoming sixth studio album of the same name... The album will include the tracks "Dumb Blonde", "Birdie", "It Was in Me", "Warrior" and "I Fell in Love with the Devil"."

WEIRD.

Was just humming 'Dumb Blonde' (Dolly Parton version) to myself... its before my time, and likely yours, so what are the odds you'd post featuring a song with the same name? :D

She was soo cute. ♡

Really doubt there's a connection between the two
What I posted is some of the other songs, according to WP, on Lavigne's new album

I will listen and see but the lead song she pushes everyday is about God.
She pushes "Head above Water" everyday.
Spoiler:
I know the song about the Devil is easily about Satan and her ex-husband. Probably a combo.

LOL!
I know what you posted-- and no, there is no 'connection' between the songs, themselves. Haven't you ever heard of synchronicity?

syn·chro·nic·i·ty

ˌsiNGkrəˈnisədē/
noun
noun: synchronicity

  1. 1.
the simultaneous occurrence of events that appear significantly related but have no discernible causal connection.
    "such synchronicity is quite staggering"
  2. 2.
another term for synchrony (sense 1).
Origin

1950s: coined (in sense 1) by C. G. Jung.
