Could it be depression due to environmental factors that affects the physique?

Soo many suffers from hormonal imbalances due to heavy metal poisoning (that we get straight out of the sky btw..They spray aluminum daily and in incredible doses) which in turn leads to depression, anxiety, sleep disturbances and so on. After a couple of years of that, left untreated since the regular care cant really do anything about it except put them on antidepressants, you want to die.

Most depressions hides a toxicity but since the medical care havent included this extremely important bit in their education system, people go sick and die. The natural care is only for the elite bc they know it works and dont want a healthy population. If you knew how many dieseases could be treated by homeopathy and natural remedies that actually WORK and without sideeffects or poisoning the body even more, you'd be amazed.

Theres a reason Queen Elisabeth, who is said to be the head leader of the Illuminati, has a homeopathic doctor and is treated only with this.

This is a chemical-reductionist model. It's possible chemicals play a role but it's not just chemistry.

The chemical-reductionist model was pushed to sell us pills. We're more than just chemistry.

True but then you know the cause. If depressed without a cause its a biological problem. :) I have so many friends who have been to doctors who have clained their problems were psychological. They werent helped and went further into natural care. Turned out it was biological and they are now well and thriving.

You see, its easier for doctors to send the patient off to a psychologist because they cant find whats wrong with you when in actuality, its because their education doesnt entale all parts of medicine, just the western which is chemically based.

Loneliness, i guess. An "alone in the crowd" kind of thing. Lots of lonely people these days.

The suicide rate for men has gone up as well. Economy.
One can only imagine the rate when the markets crash this time around. We've been told 2008 was a walk in the park...

Advertising, did you know psychological warfare has been modified for advertising? It demoralizes a population, it’s the superficial aspects of society that causes this.

Faulty drug treatments for mental illness surely play a role as well.

Why are people given anti-depressant meds if they don’t work????
Good question. There are a lot of people who should *not* be prescribed SSRI's, due to adverse effects... not just ineffectiveness. Imo, they are incredibly dangerous to everyone. But alas, they are serious money-makers. :/

I think Peter Breggin MD has done a lot of research on this-- *googling*

But this thread is as good as any to say, if you do have depression or other mental health concerns, it’s wise to seek therapy if you can. Every one should have access to talk to someone and concerns about SSRI use aside, therapy is good.

Anti-depressant meds do work for a large majority of people who take them in conjunction with therapy. They do not work for everyone, particularly those who do not believe they will work, like an anti placebo, But for a large percentage of patients who use them correctly they are very effective.

Economic reductionism.
Not really. My guess is that your looking for a feminism/lack of god answer but your op is misleading, the suicide rates have gone up across the board. The economy plays a huge part since that’s the only real objective change that’s even occurred over the last ten years. Anti depressants were already over prescribed and problematic, atheism, feminism and “godless” society also predates the spike in suicide rates.
