Social media and specifically the rewards incentives (e.g likes) feed our dopamine center hence we get hooked and spend unnecessary valuable time online.....
If you have issues managing the time I suggest you have a short list of the most important goals do those first and then go on social media or VC so as to be covered when weak.
Try to manage your time instead of being managed by it.....
Let us continue the struggle.......:)

Thank you! I'm pretty busy these days as I have an internship and can I just say I'm learning how much effort it takes to maintain a healthy livestyle? It takes serious dedication and discipline! (both of which I'm beginning to wonder if I have)

Unless you are learning or inventing there is a time in your life when you reach an age where you must just do and not try. If you know what to do and it is a valuable action just do! Commit!
