So....just what do they want to turn people into? This video touches on a lot of interesting things from implants to sexualorientation to control mechanisms. It opens with Fake App which is a way of video manipulation which I have warned of with concern to framing folks or fooling the public.

Wouldn’t it be funny if someone used something like this to make it seem like Tupac came back to life because people already think it is possible that he faked his own death?

They already have holograms of him to "perform" at concerts and music festivals...... so what you are proposing might not be that far off.
