the hooded creatures appear in a lot of their videos, I think they represent their controlers or handlers

and Jungkook got a key that makes no sense what does that mean why did he get a key he was in the hospital in the highlight reel. Also that key leads him to that empty room with coat hangers (like in singularity) with that masked man.

It is.. The guy that appeared at the end was very creepy looking.

The key is an object symbolic of opening and closing powers. It represents knowledge, mystery, initiation, and curiosity.

Power of the Keys
KEYS, POWER OF THE. Normally in the Bible, and always in the NT, “key” (κλέις) is used in a fig. sense to refer to the means of entry into the realms of spiritual destiny. The phrase “the power of the keys” is not, strictly speaking, a Biblical one, although the keys themselves do symbolize the spiritual authority to open or close the gates of hell or the kingdom of heaven.

With this scene they are suggesting the other 6 members gave their soul or sacrificed themselves to this hooded man (they are represented by the 6 coat hangers)

Also notice that when Jungkook enters the "magic shop" he was wearing colorfull clothes (fancy clothes?)

but when he is facing the hooded man again to make the "deal" his clothes look dirty and his shirt has holes on it.

Also:

I still don't quite know what this could mean, but to me it kinda looked like Jungkook was accessing his own mind?? It seemed fractured, with all that broken glass and other stuff lying on the floor. There's also six coat racks, which in Singularity I felt where symbolizing a double personality, because V was the one 'controlling' the personality displayed on the rack at the beginning of the video, and it didn't seem like an arbitrary artistic choice to me. I think I've even seen Taehyung wear a key necklace, don't know about the others though.

I'm just gonna say JK's tattered clothes remind me of how the characters in the Matrix dressed outside of their reality.

The only things I picked up on was JK was forced into the shop, and he entered a room with the coat racks that must represent the other 6. I'll have to watch it again. Which is what I'm sure they want me to do lol.

That hooded creature straight up looks like a demon.

What’s with bts and their obsession with men in hoods

I know they represent an evil force but it’s interesting to note how in fire they made a deal with the devil

while in not today they try to run away from the “evil force”

and yet here we are again jungkook meeting up with that same “evil force”

I'm reaching but it would be nice if at some point in their career (like in another/later come back) they can follow this storyline that will lead to some kind of redemption (not a sacrificial one). Like it was mentioned.. they made a deal with the devil, the consequences of that deal is shown, and so on and so forth.

Just my wishful thinking though. I know it's not gonna play out like that.

Jungkook was given a key and we see him walking towards a gate afterwards. There is a Roman God called Janus that is a gatekeeper who can see in both directions, both past/future, end/beginning. This is why Jungkook is dressed differently in both scenes
